New development names shall not duplicate or closely approximate the names of existing or reserved subdivisions, apartment complexes, mobile home parks, roads, lanes, drives or streets, within the county, within municipalities in the county or in adjoining counties within 1 mile of Vance County. Naming of a development shall be subject to approval by the Vance County Board of Commissioners.
