(A) Landfill disposal fees are as follows:
(1) $0.45 per cubic yard; and
(2) Minimum charge: Cars or trucks 1/2 ton or less (handling personal refuse): $0.50 per load.
(B) These fees may be changed from time to time by the Board of County Commissioners to reflect the actual cost of disposal.
