As a public service, the county’s landfill(s) may be used by private citizens at the time and under the conditions set forth in this chapter. While the county offers this convenience, the county shall not be responsible for damage to private property nor personal injury which may occur on the site. Neither the county nor its employees shall be liable for damage to private vehicles or personal injury to persons using the county’s landfill.
