§ 155.027 FEES.
   (A)   The Vance County Board of Commissioners shall establish and authorize the collection of appropriate fees to recover the cost of operation.
   (B)   These fees shall be established in a Policy and Procedures document and shall be approved by the Board of Commissioners.
   (C)   The fee schedule shall be reviewed on an annual basis.
