§ 155.025 AMENDMENTS.
   (A)   (1)   The Board of Commissioners may approve amendments to this chapter.
      (2)   The request for the amendments may be initiated by the Board of Commissioners, the Planning Board, county staff members or by the public.
   (B)   (1)   Request for amendments to this chapter shall first be reviewed by the Planning Department and the County Attorney and then forwarded to the Planning Board with any recommendations.
      (2)   The Planning Board shall schedule a public hearing and shall review the recommendation(s) and comments from the public hearing prior to sending the request and recommendations to the Board of Commissioners for action.
