§ 155.002 JURISDICTION.
   These regulations shall govern the establishment of each and every new subdivision and the alteration or expansion of existing subdivisions lying within the jurisdiction of Vance County and within the jurisdiction of any municipality whose governing body by resolution agrees to the regulation.
