(A) No transfer of land by deed, bill of sale, contract or other conveyance document shall be filed with the Register of Deeds until it has been approved in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and is in conformity with the regulations herein specified for the watershed area in which the land is located.
(B) No building or land shall hereafter be used, and no development shall take place except in conformity with the regulations herein specified for the watershed area in which it is located.
(C) No area required for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this chapter shall be included in the area required for another building.
(D) Every residential building hereafter erected, moved or structurally altered shall be located on a lot which conforms to the regulations herein specified, except as permitted in § 154.035.
(E) If a use or class of use is not specifically indicated as being allowed in a watershed area, the use or class of use is prohibited.
