§ 32.11 ABSENCE OR DISABILITY OF CHAIRPERSON.
   In case of the absence or disability of the Chairperson, the Vice-Chairperson of the Board of County Commissioners, or such other person as may be designated by the Board of County Commissioners, shall have and exercise all of the powers herein given the Chairperson.
