§ 153.06 LANDS TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.
   This chapter shall apply to all special flood hazard areas within the jurisdiction, excluding the City of Henderson and its Extra-Territorial Jurisdictions (ETJ), of Vance County and within the jurisdiction of any other community whose governing body agrees, by resolution, to such applicability.
