§ 130.16 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   The creation of any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise in the county, but not within a city within the county, is prohibited.
   (B)   Noise of a character, intensity and duration as to be detrimental to the life or health of any individual is prohibited.
