(A) The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to a commercial junk yard operation in possession of appropriate and valid business licenses.
(B) (1) One junk motor vehicle that is declared as a detriment to community appearance or as a threat to property values may be allowed to remain on the property if it is completely concealed from public roads or streets and abutting premises by an acceptable cover or buffer.
(2) If more than 1 junk vehicle exists on the same property, it must be stored in a closed garage or building structure erected pursuant to the lawful issuance of a building permit and which has been constructed in accordance with applicable building regulations.
