(A) Any property owner who is required to remove a motor vehicle from his or her property must properly dispose of the vehicle by taking it to a disposal facility with appropriate business licenses, such as a scrap metal dealer or a commercial junk yard operation or other facility approved by the county in advance.
(B) Moving the motor vehicle to the disposal facility shall be accomplished in a safe manner and subject to all applicable laws.
