§ 94.33 COSTS OF REMOVAL; NOTICE TO OWNER.
   (A)   Upon notice duly provided by the county, the property owner shall remove and properly dispose of the motor vehicle within 30 days. A fee shall be assessed on the owner of the private property per vehicle for failure to remove the vehicle after due notice by the county, in the following amounts:
      (1)   If not removed within 30 days of notice, $25 fine per vehicle;
      (2)   If not removed within 60 days of notice, $50 fine per vehicle; and
      (3)   If not removed with 90 days of notice, $100 fine per vehicle.
   (B)   (1)   When a junked motor vehicle is removed from private property by the county, the property owner shall be required to pay or otherwise indemnify the county for any and all expenses incurred in removal and disposal of the vehicle in addition to the fees imposed in division (A) of this section.
      (2)   If the costs are not paid within 30 days of removal of the motor vehicle by the county, the county shall place a lien on the real property for the costs.
