§ 94.03 REMOVAL BY COUNTY.
   (A)   Whenever any motor vehicle is abandoned on a public street or highway, or on property owned or operated by the county, or on private property, the vehicle may be removed by or under the direction of a county law enforcement officer or other duly constituted law enforcement officer to a storage garage or area.
   (B)   No vehicle shall be removed from private property without the written request or permission of the owner, lessee or occupant thereof unless the same has been declared by county authorities to be a health, fire or safety hazard.
