§ 93.04 APPLICABILITY.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all unincorporated portions of the county and to those incorporated municipalities which have entered into an agreement with the county for its Communications Center to dispatch personnel to respond to alarms within that municipality, pursuant to G.S. § 153A-122.
