§ 93.02 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The purpose of this chapter is to establish regulations governing alarm systems requiring response thereto by or through the Henderson–Vance County E-911 Communications Center.
   (B)   The terms of this chapter shall not prohibit alarm companies from providing service by private source to other offices within the geographical boundaries of the county.
