(A) The Park Supervisor and all lifeguards shall be specifically empowered to enforce all provisions of this subchapter and other ordinances and rules and regulations relating to the Kerr Lake area (leased by the city and county) and its use, and shall in furtherance of those powers have the additional power to remove or cause to be removed and excluded from any of the premises leased by the city and county any person violating any of the ordinances, provisions, rules or regulations, for a period not to exceed 72 hours.
(B) The Parks and Recreation Director shall have the further authority to exclude any such person for an additional period of 2 weeks, if in his or her sole judgment he or she deems the same to be in the best interest of the operation of the facilities for use by the public (provided, however, that any such person so excluded can request a hearing before the Parks and Recreation Director within 3 days of the additional exclusion, in which event the Director shall hear the evidence presented and shall make a new determination either affirming, reversing or modifying his or her prior decision).
