§ 92.02 SEASON.
   (A)   The facilities shall only be open from Memorial Day through Labor Day in each year.
   (B)   No one shall utilize the swimming area or go into the water at the facilities except when a duly authorized lifeguard is on duty and indicates that the swimming facilities are open for use by the general public.
