§ 91.36 FINANCES AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
   The Trustees shall solicit contributions, grants and donations from any source and receive public or private funds, necessary for the execution of objects and purposes set forth herein. These funds shall be maintained in an account under the supervision of the County Auditor and subject to the provisions for financial responsibility applicable to other agencies of the county.
