§ 91.34 ABANDONED CEMETERIES.
   The Archive:
   (A)   Shall obtain and maintain information regarding abandoned cemeteries in the county as provided in state law; and
   (B)   Shall submit an annual report to the Board of County Commissioners regarding the maintenance of the cemeteries on or before May 1 of each year.
