§ 50.16 SEALING OF WELLS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Upon connection to the public water supply, any wells serving the property shall be abandoned and sealed in accordance with applicable state regulations.
   (B)   Any well that is abandoned for a period of one year must be sealed in accordance with applicable state regulations.
