§ 50.14 WATER CONSERVATION PLAN.
   During times of drought, it may be necessary to require conservation of public water sources. The Department of Water Works shall have a plan to conserve water at times that the public water supply is deemed by the Department of Water Works to be substantially affected by drought conditions.
