§ 50.08 RATE SCHEDULE OUTSIDE OF CITY.
   Any property owner who resides outside of the city and receives water services as provided in this chapter shall pay the rate charged to a property owner within the corporate boundaries of the city and in accord with the existing rate schedule then in effect.
