(A) In the event a violation of this code or an ordinance goes unpaid for more than 45 days, and if the violation is referred to a collection agency and/or attorney for collection, then the violator, in addition to the fees and fines incurred by the violation, will pay all costs associated with the collection of fines, including costs for the collection agency, court fees, attorney fees and any other costs associated with the failure to pay the initial fine or fee.
(B) All moneys received under this section shall be receipted into the Parking Meter Fund.
