(A) The following administrative fees are established and shall be assessed:

$10 | Processing a criminal history check (excluding requests by military personnel) |
$10 | Each request to have fingerprints taken |
$10 | Each photograph requested |
$150 | Each audio recording reproduced on compact disk (CD) |
$150 | Each video recording reproduced on either VHS or 8 mm tapes |
$350 | Each reproduction/copy of an accident reconstruction report. Requests for accident reconstruction reports shall be made in writing, with the administrative fee accompanying the request. Police agencies requesting copies of accident reconstruction reports, exclusively for use by their own agency, shall be exempt from the administrative fee. |
$150 | Law enforcement recording (this fee shall be deposited in the Law Enforcement Recording Fund) |
$10 | Vehicle Identification (VIN) Checks |
(B) The administrative fees created by this section shall be forwarded to the city Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days of collection.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer shall deposit the administrative fees collected as a result of this section into the Motor Vehicle Equipment Fund (Fund 281) for appropriation and expenditure pursuant to established guidelines.
