§ 119.07 SOLICITATION OF CUSTOMERS BY THE GRANTEE.
   At the time the grantee solicits the residents of an area for subscription of cable television services, and again upon actual installation of service, the grantee shall provide such residents a simple written explanation of all products and services offered, the options for and prices of such products and services, the parental lock-out device, installation and service maintenance procedures, cable television services use instructions, programming channel positions, billing, late fee and complaint procedures and privacy rights of the subscriber. The information and materials required by this section shall also be available in the Spanish language.
