(A) No person owning, managing or controlling any dance hall or skating rink shall use the same or permit the same to be used for dancing or skating, respectively, without a license.
(B) No person owning, managing or controlling any building, hall or room shall use the same or permit the same to be used for any play, theater, show or exhibition without a license.
