§ 116.14 DISPLAY OF PHOTOGRAPH REQUIRED.
   No taxicab shall be operated at any time unless a photograph of the driver operating the taxicab is prominently displayed so as to be visible to all passengers riding in the taxicab, under which photograph shall be printed the driver’s name, address and the name of the owner of the taxicab.
