Any license issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the Mayor in the event the taxicab is found not to be in a safe and clean condition and not in compliance with inspection requirements and the terms of this chapter. The Mayor shall have the further right, privilege and power to revoke all the permits owned by any person operating one or more cabs in violation of the terms of this chapter where one or more of that person’s taxicabs fail to meet the requirements of this chapter.
