§ 116.05 PERSONS INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE.
   No license to engage in the business or occupation of operating a taxicab service or of operating a taxicab shall be issued to or held by anyone who is not a person of good character or who has been convicted of a felony, or who shall be in violation of any zoning ordinance or regulation of the city in the operation of his or her taxicab service or taxicab; nor shall any license be issued to or held by any group of persons, firm or corporation if any member of the group or firm, or any officer, director or stockholder of the corporation is ineligible for a license under the provisions of this chapter.
