§ 116.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in the business or occupation of operating a taxicab service, or shall operate, propel or cause to be operated or propelled any taxicab on or along any of the avenues, streets or alleys within the city until he or she shall have obtained a license signed by the Clerk-Treasurer.
