§ 114.15 VIOLATIONS.
   All violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanors, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine. If the itinerant merchant is convicted and fails to pay the fine, the right to solicit or sell merchandise or services door-to-door will automatically terminate.
