§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   Any person who owns or operates any completely self-contained mobile unit upon the streets of the city, which unit shall be in the nature of a store, market or shop in which the articles are stored, processed or serviced and from which the articles are sold and/or services are rendered, shall obtain a license for the operation from the City Clerk-Treasurer.
