§ 33.16 DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   There is hereby established a Department of Parks and Recreation, which Department shall be controlled and operated by a Park and Recreation Board pursuant to I.C. 36-10-4. The Board shall consist of four members.
