§ 33.15 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.
   There is hereby established a Board of Public Works and Safety within the executive branch of city government. Membership on the Board of Public Works and Safety shall be pursuant to I.C. 36-4-9-9(c). The city Clerk-Treasurer shall serve as clerk of the Board of Public Works and Safety.
