§ 95.37 PERFORMANCE AND DAMAGE BOND REQUIRED.
   The applicant shall file a recorded bond in the penal sum of not less than $5,000, conditioned for the performance of the work and the maintenance of the work for a period of one year from the completion of the work, all in accordance with the terms of this chapter.
