§ 33.14 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.

   (A)   There is hereby established within the executive branch of city government the following organizational structure of department heads and staff positions:

      (1)   Department heads:

         (a)   Fire Chief;

         (b)   Police Chief;

         (c)   Public Works;

         (d)   Engineer Director;

         (e)   Planning Director;

         (f)   Parks Director; and

         (g)   Utility Director.

      (2)   Staff positions:

         (a)   City Attorney;

         (b)   Economic Development Director;

         (c)   Human Resources Director; and

         (d)   Information Technology Director.

   (B)   Each department head and staff position shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. Individuals serving as department heads and in staff positions shall assume such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Mayor.
