§ 33.02 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   All Departments, Boards and Commissions created pursuant to this chapter shall have the powers provided under previous legislative authority, provided that the powers do not conflict with the present statutory authority. All departments, boards and commissions shall have additional powers and duties as may be assigned by the Mayor and/or the City Common Council.
