The Valparaiso Fire Department may impose a fee for all training services offered to individuals, volunteer Fire Departments, or other professional departments. The fee shall be agreed upon in writing before the training program, and the proceeds shall be deposited in the Valparaiso Fire Department training budget. Such fees shall be due upon receipt of the training. In the event of a failure to pay, the individual or entity shall be responsible for court costs and attorney fees that arise from any litigation necessary to enforce this fee provision.
