(A) The Valparaiso Fire Department, Police Department of Parking Control Officers shall be charged with the duty of assisting owner/occupants with the enforcement of the terms of § 94.051 by the issuance of a citation.
(B) Any fire fighter or police office, upon discovering any such vehicle so parked or stopped in violation of § 94.051, may remove such vehicle or cause the same to be removed to any place authorized pursuant to contract, where such vehicle shall be impounded, provided said vehicle is causing a hazard or interfering with an emergency operation.
