§ 94.040 INSPECTION FEES.
   (A)   Fire Inspections shall be performed for all new businesses and current businesses at an annual rate based on occupancy as follows:
      (1)   A Class (Assembly):
         (a)   $100, 100 or more people;
         (b)   $75, 50-99 people;
         (c)   $40, 49 or fewer people;
      (2)   B Class (Business):
         (a)   $75, 2,500 sq. ft. and larger;
         (b)   $40, 2,499 sq. ft. and less;
      (3)   E Class (Educational):
         (a)   $100, 2,500 sq. ft. and larger;
         (b)   $60, 2,499 sq. ft. and less;
      (4)   F Class (Factory, Industrial):
         (a)   $125, 10,000 sq. ft. and larger;
         (b)   $75, 2,500-9,999 sq. ft.;
         (c)   $40, 2,499 sq. ft. and less;
      (5)   H Class (Hazardous), $125;
      (6)   I Class (Institutional), $100;
      (7)   M Class (Mercantile):
         (a)   $125, 10,000 sq. ft. and larger;
         (b)   $75, 2,500-9,999 sq. ft.;
         (c)   $40, 2,499 sq. ft. and less;
      (8)   R Class (Residential): $60, and an additional $10 for every structure used for residential occupancy associated with the complex;
      (9)   S Class (Storage), $ 40; and
      (10)   U Class (Utility and Misc.), $20.
   (B)   A fire inspector may reduce the inspection fee by up to 50% if no serious fire safety violations are found at the time of inspection.
   (C)   The above fees do not reflect any fines or penalties associated with inspections found to be in violation.
