Maintenance of cemeteries will be performed by the Cemetery Superintendent or a designee. The city reserves the right to regulate, restrict and remove any or all items placed in a city owned cemetery. If an item or items are beyond typical flowers, broken vases and the like, the Board of Public Works will be the final governing body to remove the items. All non-typical items will be kept for a period of 30 days before being discarded.
