§ 92.24 APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF SUPERINTENDENT.
   It shall be the duty of the Mayor to appoint a competent Superintendent who shall have immediate care and control of the cemetery, and who shall act under the general management and direction of the Board of Works. The Superintendent of the Cemetery may at any time be removed by the Mayor.
