§ 92.23 DONATION OF MONEY TO CEMETERY FUND.
   Any person desiring to give or donate money for the general care and upkeep of the City Cemetery, or for improving and beautifying the ground may do so by paying the same to the Clerk-Treasurer, who shall accredit the amount to the City Cemetery Fund. Money belonging to the Cemetery Fund shall be used for no other purpose than the care and maintenance of the City Cemetery.
