§ 92.15 OUTER BURIAL CONTAINER AND CASKET REQUIRED.
   Every earth interment shall be made in a casket and outer burial container of concrete or metal, or a combination thereof, of sufficient strength and durability to constitute a reasonably permanent support for the weight above said container. All cremains will require an urn of rigid, reasonably permanent construction and material for burial. Wood vaults are not permitted. Installation of the burial container shall be made by, or under the supervision of, employees of the Public Works Department.
