(A) The price of lots purchased in Memorial Park Cemetery shall be $450 for each burial space with the exception of Block M, including Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 88, 89 and 90, which will be $250 for each grave space allowing for two cremation burials per grave space.

(B) Interment rates are established and approved by the Board of Works and Public Safety. Payments of charges must be made to the Clerk-Treasurer prior to the issuance of a permit.
