§ 92.03 DUTIES OF CLERK-TREASURER.
   It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer to receive all moneys collected for lots and graves in the cemeteries, and the money received shall be credited to the Cemetery Fund and shall be used for no other purpose than the care and maintenance of the cemetery.
