§ 90.12 ABANDONED VEHICLE ACCOUNT.
   All proceeds from the sale of abandoned vehicles or parts that are sold by local units, including charges for bills of sale, and all monies received from owners or lienholders for the cost of removal or storage of vehicles shall be deposited with the City Clerk-Treasurer and placed by him or her in the Abandoned Vehicle Account. All costs incurred by a public agency in administering this chapter shall be paid from the Abandoned Vehicle Account. The fiscal body shall annually appropriate sufficient monies to that account for the purposes of this chapter. All monies remaining in the account at the end of each year remain in the account and do not revert to the General Fund.
