§ 90.10 LIABILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES DURING REMOVAL, STORAGE OR DISPOSITION.
   Neither the owner, lessee or occupant of the property from which an abandoned vehicle or parts are removed nor a public agency, officer, towing service or automobile scrapyard is liable for loss or damage to the vehicle or parts occurring during its removal, storage or disposition.
