§ 90.09 VEHICLES LEFT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY; COMPLAINTS.
   Upon complaint of a private property owner or person in control of the property that a vehicle has been left on the property for 48 hours or more without the consent of the owner or person in control, an officer shall follow the procedures set forth in § 90.04.
